In My Home Sweet Home is a Houston-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on helping adults, Veterans, and caregivers make informed decisions about aging in place.
We believe staying at home should be supported by the right knowledge, resources, and guidance—not guesswork.
Why We Exist
Many people are faced with decisions about safety, home modifications, healthcare, and support—but don’t know where to start or who to trust.
Our goal is to provide clear, unbiased education so individuals and families can better understand their options and take the right next steps for their situation.
